Main Line Kitchen Design has over 30 remodeling contractors that we recommend to our customers free of charge.
These remodeling contractors take over the day-to-day responsibilities of the renovation project once the construction work begins. By recommending contractors and not subbing out to them, as most kitchen showrooms and cabinet dealers do, Main Line Kitchen Design’s clients save 20 to 30% on their construction costs.
We know the contractors we recommend do a great job and don’t need our day-to-day supervision, so why should our customers pay for MLKD being an unneeded middleman in their renovation.
We are also happy to work with general contractors that customers find on their own. In fact, this is how we meet new contractors that we can add to our list of recommended remodelers, assuming their work, pricing, and demeanor meet our expectations.
Some of the contractors we refer the most were originally referred by customers. Now, both our companies refer each other, and our businesses have grown together. Below are a few examples of these contractors and some of the award-winning projects we created together:
Third Generation Contracting
Jack Gardner the owner of Third Generation Contracting works with Main Line Kitchen Design on many kitchens each year. Jack and our owner Paul worked together on one of Jack’s first kitchen projects after he left Toll Brothers to start his own company 13 years ago. This was just before Paul left Sterling Kitchens to start Main Line Kitchen Design. Both new companies have grown rapidly since their initial collaboration.
Amberwood Builders
A.J. Ahrens was a contractor that worked with Main Line Kitchen Design’s Ray Gardner (no relation to Jack Gardner above) prior to Ray joining our team. Ray has since retired, but several of our designers work with A.J. on a regular basis. The kitchen below was a collaboration between A.J. and Ray and was our first award winning kitchen. Main Line Kitchen Design has since won over a dozen local and national awards.
Bella Casa Design and Build
Al Panaccio and Bella Casa Design and Build have collaborated on many kitchens with MLKD over the last 12 years. Our Operations Manager ED Sossich worked in the same building with Bella Casa prior to Main Line Kitchen Design expanding our Bala Cynwyd location. Below is a 2015 kitchen that won a DelCY award for both companies.
Bella Casa also completely remodeled the Coco Thai Bistro in Narberth PA.
Main Line Kitchen Design owners, Paul and Julie, enjoy Coco Thai Bistro so much that you can find them eating there once a week! See the view down the steps from the fantastic second floor dining area below:
Devon Design and Build
Mark Viera and Main Line Kitchen Design have worked together on many projects over the years. From the jaw dropping Buttonwood Custom Home featured on the 2011 Episcopal Academy kitchen tour, to the award-winning Wynnewood PA kitchen featured on the Ardmore Library Kitchen Tour seen below:
Main Line Kitchen Design looks forward to meeting new contractors like Rich Werner. Rich first worked with our designer Chris Rossetti, before all our designers began working with him. Rich hasn’t entered a kitchen contest with us yet but I’m sure he will soon!
Meeting new general contractors and maintaining our relationships with the talented professionals we work with is what keeps our expanding company on top of our competition.
Call us and learn how you can work with the area top kitchen designers, the best contractors, and save money at the same time.
If you want to taste and experience a marvel in food and atmosphere, try Coco Thai Bistro in Narberth. It will wow you on many levels. . . and of course . . .
. . . BON APPETIT!
